  Appartement très agréable, idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville et des commerces accessibles à pied. Il a vraiment tout pour être un super logement. A notre arrivée, le ménage n’avait malheureusement pas été fait, mais notre hôte a été très réactif et a rapidement fait intervenir quelqu’un. Quelques petits points restent à améliorer, notamment le café annoncé qui n'était pas présent et la baignoire balnéo qui ne fonctionnait que partiellement. Avec ces quelques détails corrigés l'appartement pourrait être une très belle adresse.

  Todo espectacular. Muy buena ubicación. Tenía mucho más de lo que uno espera. Excelente todo el equipamiento de cocina, cápsulas de café, te, aceite de oliva de buena calidad. Etc. 2 habitaciones con baño en suite. Muy recomendable.

  Absolutely fantastic place right in the heart of Sarlat - a perfect base for exploring. I came by train and it was just a 20 minute walk from the station. The apartment was gorgeous with such amazing features. I felt like a princess staying in a tower ! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that but the place is absolutely worth it. And the apartment is comfortable and very peaceful despite being right in the heart of the town. Everything was spotlessly clean, the apartment was well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Hugo was a great host and really quick to respond to queries. 100% recommend 😊

  Très déçu par le service client de booking qui devait nous obtenir une somme en réparation des jours passés sans clim av

  Points positifs : L emplacement Points négatifs : Descriptif avec climatisation or cette dernière n’a jamais fonctionné alors que le logeur était au Quatrième étage sous les toits en pleine période de canicule !!! Très déçu par le service client de Booking qui devait nous obtenir une somme en réparation des cinq jours passés sans climatisation avec une annonce mensongère. Je comprends mieux pourquoi les gens vont pour la plupart chez Air bnb qui eux savent ce que veut dire le service client !!!

  Our stay in Latifha's place was perfect in every way, once you get up a few stairs. It was tastefully decorated, spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. It looks out to a quiet courtyard, but is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Latifha's place to any guest.

  Great, quirky little apartment right in the center of the old town. Charming and full of atmosphere. Loads of restaurants and bars right outside and two small supermarkets within a couple of hundred metres. Sarlat is a delightful town in a lovely area. Hugo responded quickly and was very friendly. Highly recommended.

  Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le logement de Hugo. Il est atypique comme on aime, au coeur du centre historique de Sarlat, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Que dire à part que c était parfait !

  Points positifs : La situacion y tramquilidad Points négatifs : La limpieza, desague ducha atascado de pelos, el plato de ducha se salia el agua por los lados, escobillas del wc llena de escrementos, perdida de agua del desague del lavamanos de la habitación en suite La cerradura de la puerta de entrada a la vivienda costaba mucho de cerrar.

  Fabulous place to stay in a great location. Free parking close enough to walk to with your bags. Comfy furniture and well equipped kitchen which we cooked a chicken dinner in with food purchased at the near by Saturday market. Highly recommend!

  Points positifs : Estar en el centro. Amplio Points négatifs : Le falta iluminación en la puerta de acceso a la casa para meter la llave si bien una vez dentro se ilumina automáticamente una farola. Creo que el jardín puede mejorarse, aunque nosotros no lo usamos

  Points positifs : Endroit calme. Points négatifs : Personne à l'arrivée. Pas assez de vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine. Lits pas du tout confortable, matelas à changer.

  The entry was a little clunky (mostly from the web site as it did not immediatly translate to English). The entry is a bit strange but once you have done it, it works.The location is excellent, it might be easier if you have a car, to go to the car park opposite the appartment, unload then find the proper car park (there is an hour free parking there). There is a washing machine but no dryer, I am not sure why this is the case. Also there is no smart TV so unless you are a French speaker it could be difficult.The bakery below is excellent. There were so many restaurants to choose from in the town which was excellent.

  Contrary to what the photos suggest, there were no parasols during our entire stay, despite temperatures of up to 35°C. Also no cushions for the outdoor chairs. Unfortunately, several other issues became also apparent. The outdoor shower and pool lighting did not work. There were stones in the pool and sweet wrappers on the ground. The garden fence had several large gaps, making it unsafe for our dog. The driveway also needs maintenance. The listing misleadingly suggested Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ were available. In reality, we needed our own Dutch accounts to access them. More seriously, both the main entrance door and the door leading directly to the downstairs master bedroom could not be locked, which made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Towards the end of the week, as the nights became colder, we also found blood stains on a duvet. Despite the above; the view is wonderful and the house has great potential, but needs more love, much more love and attention!
