Très bon séjour dans ce logement au coeur de Sarlat permettant de profiter de la ville sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Très bon relationnel avec Marius qui est très réactif en cas de questions et s'est montré arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée.

tijdens de reservering viel dit appartement in positieve zin op, maar in het echt overtrof het onze verwachtingen. wat een heerlijk en volledig uitgerust appartement is dit. Een absolute aanrader!

Fantastic location! If you have a car you'll have to park about 10 min walk away - typical for locations like this. The check in instructions were perfect and descriptive. Great communication from the host. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Damaged fixtures in shower mentioned in earlier review still there - not too much of a nuisance. Note that there are stairs - particularly to the upper floor room has some circular stairs so you'll need to be prepared for that. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

After a bad start, not being able to get into the property, we had a wonderful stay.
Points positifs : The property itself was fantastic, very spacious and close to the town. The bathroom was surprisingly large. Points négatifs : We had a lot of problems getting into the property. The lockbox wasn't where you'd expect it to be and we had a lot of issues communicating with the property owner/booking.com. We couldn't get a response in English. If it hadn't been for a friendly English speaking neighbour we wouldn't have been able to get in - she found the lock-box on the other side of the building. We were starting to think we'd been scammed as the entrance to the property looked very dodgy and had nothing to indicate it was the apartment.

Points positifs : La situación Points négatifs : Nuestra queja está relacionado con lo siguiente: En el momento de efectuar la reserva, existían dos requisitos que considerábamos imprescindibles: disponer de cuatro camas individuales y contar con aparcamiento. Ambos aspectos figuraban entre las características anunciadas del alojamiento y fueron determinantes para nuestra elección. Sin embargo, cuando ya no era posible cancelar la reserva sin penalización, recibimos un correo electrónico del alojamiento informándonos de que las camas no eran individuales, sino dos camas de matrimonio. Aunque estas fueran amplias, no se ajustaban en absoluto a las condiciones que habíamos solicitado y que habían motivado nuestra reserva. Tras varios intercambios de correos electrónicos, no fue posible encontrar una solución satisfactoria. Además, la distribución del inmueble, un edificio antiguo de tres plantas comunicadas mediante una escalera de caracol, dificultaba aún más cualquier alternativa. Respecto al aparcamiento, también se nos informó, pocos días antes de la llegada, de que este no era privado ni estaba integrado en el alojamiento, sino que consistía en un aparcamiento público gratuito situado a cierta distancia. Esto nos obligó a realizar maniobras adicionales para descargar y trasladar el equipaje, generando molestias que no habríamos aceptado de haber conocido esta circunstancia desde el principio. En consecuencia, ninguno de los dos requisitos fundamentales que habíamos tenido en cuenta al realizar la reserva se correspondía con la realidad del alojamiento. Por otra parte, el apartamento imponía una serie de exigencias al finalizar la estancia, entre ellas retirar la basura, dejar limpio y recogido todo el menaje utilizado y colocar adecuadamente las toallas, entre otras. Resultó especialmente llamativo comprobar que algunos platos guardados en los armarios contenían restos de migas de pan, lo que evidenciaba una contradicción entre las obligaciones impuestas a los huéspedes y el estado real de algunos utensilios.

Séjour très agréable, à Sarlat et ses environs plein de charme. appartement bien situé, propre, confortable, bonne literie, agréable de ne pas avoir à porter le linge de maison. Merci Hugo pour, le café et le thé à disposition. Important : il faut informer que le logement se situe au 2 ème étage, sans ascenseur, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite comme moi : escalier très fatiguant. cordialement, Marie.

Le quartier est calme et à proximité immédiate du très beau centre ancien de Sarlat. Nous avons seulement regretté d'avoir à gravir une côte et des escaliers pour rejoindre le parking gratuit nuit et jour. Sinon le parking plus proche n'est gratuit que pendant 1 heure. Le logement est très bien aménagé Annie

Points positifs : This is such a huge and beautifully renovated apartment with a gorgeous large outdoor garden and in such a perfect place right in the heart of the old town. Loved the large living area and comfy beds. We stayed for 6 nights but I would love to come back and stay longer. Also loved that there is a smart tv so you can watch Netflix after a long day. Also, 3 fabulous restaurants right next to the apartment. Points négatifs : The apartment is on 3 levels which is fine but the stairs to the top bedroom are quite steep. But the bedroom up the top is lovely and has its own bathroom

Très bel appartement situé dans une rue calme et en même temps très proches des commerces et restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Horaire d’arrivée flexible Je recommande.
