La casa es mas grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Dispone de ventilador en el salon y dormitorio superior, algo que nos vino de lujo, ya que fuimos en plena ola de calor. Muy bien situado, el parking gratuito esta cerca y para dejar las maletas tienes uno a menos de 50 metros. Estuvimos encantados como en nuestra casa. La zona es preciosa y sin duda volveríamos a alquilarlo si repitiéramos.
Le logement est parfait. Il est exposé au sud. Même avec volets fermés il peut y faire extrêmement chaud en période de canicule, notamment la nuit. Une petite climatisation me semble s'avérer indispensable pour les mois d'été à venir.
Très belle expérience dans cet appartement tout neuf, décoré avec goût et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, tout en profitant d’une superbe vue sur les falaises. Le cadre est vraiment charmant, parfait pour découvrir Les Eyzies et profiter de l’ambiance touristique du coin. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, l’appartement est propre, confortable et très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It was perfect for our weekend getaway :-) although a little warm in the evenings (it was really hot while we were visiting La Rochelle) we were able to cool down opening the windows and having the fan running! I would recommend this charming studio to anyone needing a place to stay during their trip. It is walking distance to everything you could need and central to the hustle and bustle of the old port. Christophe was extremely communicative with instructions and recommendations in the in house manual. We will hopefully be back :-)
petit appartement parfait, bien situé et propre. Hugo et les copropriétaires sont très sympa et s'assure que nous passons un bon séjour.

Appartement situé dans une résidence ultra calme, facile d'accès et surtout accueillant, j'ai pu profiter d'un logement frais dû à une bonne orientation du bâtiment(heureusement en cette période de canicule) . Merci à Hugo pour sa réactivité et sa prévenance. Je recommande.
We loved the house, the minute we got inside. So clean, cosy, nice, quiet, and yet, so close to restaurants and beaches. This is a house you want to come back to, over and over again. The exterior is large enough and you can find anything you need. Very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect for our family of 5.
