We spent a few days at this apartment near the heart of Sarlat. The location is perfect, walking distance to town centre. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we need. Only two things that we weren’t entirely satisfied with was that the towels provided were damp and had some odour. The host is responsive and helped direct us to a cupboard with more towels. Secondly, the pillows were quite small square pillows and weren’t particularly comfortable. All in all, it was still a great stay.

I will echo what other reviewers have noted. First, the location is great, just a few steps away from the town center on a very quiet alley. Second, Hugo is very responsive, which removes one’s anxiety about how quickly one’s questions get addressed. We were there in the cool season and having efficient, controllable heating was very nice. There are some quirks that others have commented on, like the narrow stairs, which can make carrying suitcases to the upper floors a bit of a challenge. Also, the photos of the apartment make it look more spacious and well-lit than it is in reality. Beyond that, the place affords a great place from which to explore Sarlat and the surrounding countryside.

We spent a few days in Sarlat to discover thé Périgord région. This appartement has everything one could need, cozy beds, a nice living room and a well equipped kitchen!

The loaction is perfect, especially for the market (we were there for the Saturday morning market). The apartment is quirky and nothing like we have ever stayed in before. The bedroom in the turret was lovely! The bed is very soft. The number of stairs was not an issue for us but it is something to be aware of - almost 100 steps to the bedroom from street level. However, despite another review a few weeks ago noting that the shower was so full of limescale that it did not work as well as the stair railing going up to the bedroom being broken, neither of these things had been attended to before we arrived. The lock on the door from the street no longer works. We enjoyed our stay!

l'airbnbest situé en plein centre de Sarlat mais à aucun moment nous sommes déranger par le bruit. L'airbnb est complet et suffit amplement pour séjourner afin de découvrir la région. Euguerrane est réactif aux messages messages. Je recommande

Hemos pasado tres días muy agradables en casa de Hugo. Tiene una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de un pueblo cargado de historia y magia.

Logement très bien placé, dans le centre ville de Sarlat. Tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité, à pied. Un peu de bruit le soir car des bars à proximité mais tout à fait raisonnable compte tenu de la location plein centre. Le logement est fidèle à la description, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’extérieur est très cosy, bien que nous n’ayons pas pu en profiter pleinement à cause du temps. Literie et linge de maison confortables. Leger bémol sur les salles de bain qui sont très petites et très sombre pour celle du rdc. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sarlat-la-Canéda dans ce logement !

Le séjour a était agréable, le logement est situer en plein centre ville donc très pratique pour visiter la ville de sarlat la caneda qui est très belle et animée. Je recommande.

Excellent location. Right at the centre where performances happen around that area. Quite at night. The only tricky part is that the apartment is on the forth floor and need to climb more stairs in the apartment to go to the bedroom. But I guess that’s the authentic medieval town experience. If the bed could be less soft that would be great. Everything else was good though.

Quelques équipements nécessitent d’être revus: -réglage des jets du pommeau de douche flexible qui ne fonctionne pas bien - diffuseur douche fixe à changer ( usagé , buses bouchées, calcaire …) ne fait plus une diffusion d’eau homogène. - mettre à disposition un tir-bouchon dans les instruments de cuisine. - le stockage dans escalier d’accès à la chambre avec un drap jeté dessus n’est pas du premier effet. - prévenir que l’accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier colimaçon très étroit - première fixation de la main courante de l’escalier d’accès à la chambre à re-fixer au mur. Pour les parties communes: - La propreté de la cour d’entrée n’est pas au RDV ( sol fond de cour, torchons à sécher, encombrement des bouteilles vides du bar … - la gâche électrique du verrou de la porte rue est arrachée ce qui ne permet plus de sécuriser l’accès à la cour, l’escalier et au logement … à réparer en urgence . - propreté de l’escalier commun à améliorer. ( poussières en pied de mur)
