  Excellent séjour, tout confort.

  Points positifs : La localisation dans un immeuble de caractère en plein coeur de la vielle ville à Sarlat, dans une jolie place très tranquille. Le confort et la décoration de l'appartement qui a un séjour, une cuisine et deux chambres séparées, avec chacune une salle de bains et est très bien équipé. Le fait d'avoir un parking gratuit à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Points négatifs : RAS, petit couac à l'arrivée - l'appartement n'était pas prêt - mais résolu rapidement par le propriétaire

  A specail flat in the heart of Sarlat

  Points positifs : The flat is unique and beautiful. Everything you could ask for.

  One of my all time favorite stays. Wow!

  Points positifs : Beautiful historic property steps away from all the best Sarlat has to offer and a perfect jumping off spot for the region. The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything you need. The photos do not do it justice. I felt as if I was living in the Middle Ages with modern amenities. Just lovely! And quiet as a tomb with those stone walls! Points négatifs : Parking was tricky, but our host provided excellent instructions of where to drop off and pick up and park daily for free, so it was like living as a local. Was it worth the extra effort? Yes!

  We loved Sarlat, and the property was ideally located at its heart.

  Points positifs : The property was beautifully decorated, a real boutique apartment at the heart of one of the most beautiful towns I have ever laid eyes on, and within easy reach of some of the Dordogne's best chateaux and beaux villages. Everything you need (except perhaps some shower gel and a tea towel!) and everything very clean, stylish and modern. The banana palm in the courtyard garden provides a great view from lounge and bedroom! Easy smooth communication, convenient key box access. Parking on the doorstep is paid by the hour, but there's free parking in a five min walk. The town is lively, there are several bars as neighbours, but the Medieval walls are so thick, you barely hear a thing. The surrounding Medieval sites and amazing restaurants are steps away. Perfect. Would return happily - without a dog! Points négatifs : The open tread staircase wasn't pictured, and I do think if we'd seen it, we wouldn't have booked. We barricaded top and bottom of the staircase to stop our little dog going up and down alone (we checked it was ok to have a dog in advance, the owner's only reservation was dog fur (ours doesn't drop) and not an open staircase!). We noticed a cot and high chair in the property, I would be nervous to have a baby there. The good news is the courtyard garden is wonderfully secure, in fact it's a very secure property altogether. Also the description describes the lounge as being on the ground (it's not, it's on the first with kitchen) and the main bedroom being on the first (it's not, it's on the ground) and it's two storey (it's not, it's three - with another bedroom at the top) - just so you're aware of the layout and number of stairs.

  Points négatifs : No mirrors to use the hairdryer. Too many stairs. Second bedroom was 3 stories up. Didn’t even bring our luggage up. It took us 45 minutes to find the house. There is no street sign off the main street. Would be helpful to say it is next to a restaurant named Coin Coin. Location was perfect.

  Localisation idéale au centre-ville de Fouras

  Points positifs : Super bien localisé. Les équipements au top, la deco, facil accès, à quelques pas de la mer. Points négatifs : Problème important d’humidité dans l’espace de dormir et l’escalier qui se trouve en dessous du lit… on entend les gens qui montent et descendent dans la nuit, c’était perturbant pour concilier le sommeil.

  Nice and tidy place, but can be better

  Points positifs : The accomodation is tidy and location is near Gare de Nord. The host is very nice and responsive. He kindly accommodate our request to leave our luggage much earlier than the check in time which is 1600 (our flight arrived very early in the morning). The apartment is very spacious. There is a suite downstairs (unfortunately the stairs is really steep hence it is hard for elder or very young kid to use). Points négatifs : Unfortunately, out of our two nights stay, there was a problem with the WiFi on the second day. In general, the apartment may need some refresh as some of the switches doesn’t really work around the house. While the location is convenient, there is a nuance where you need to pick up keys and return keys at another location( the location is 10 mins walk from the apartment), and I think this has completely reduces the convenience of the apartments location ( particularly for people who need to rush for early train after check out). A small point for absolute germaphobe is to make sure to wash every thing before use as utensils are pretty stained.

  Points positifs : Perfect location in Saralat - you could not ask for better. The apartment was spacious and roomy and had all the comforts you need. The kitchen was lovely as well. Free parking was a 7 min walk away and easy to navigate. It was a wonderful spot.

  Points positifs : Très bien situé. 20 m rue principale commerçante, 50 m du marché, du fort, de l'océan Parking facile (après saison) si besoin parking Vauban a 50 m. Points négatifs : Système boite a clefs à revoir, code booking pas toujours à jour. Studio RDC, donne sur la rue , gros rideau:pas de voilage sur les fenêtres d'où peu d'intimité. Serait souhaitable visite ponctuelle du studio par le propriétaire pour faire le point sur les équipements ,leur fonctionnement.
