  Points positifs : L'emplacement. Points négatifs : Vétusté de l'entrée de l'appartement, escalier dangereux car étroit. Entrée avec des trous dans le mur. Lit peu confortable.

  Toplocatie, appartement verouderd

  Points positifs : Dit ruime appartement op een geweldige locatie heeft potentieel om ook een geweldige accommodatie te worden. Points négatifs : Het appartement is verouderd, duidelijk ooit sjiek verbouwd, maar inmiddels zitten er plinten en vloerdelen los, ook beide wc brillen zitten los, het ruikt naar schimmel wat verhuld wordt met een huisparfum, de tweepersoonskamer is in een bedompte kelder en de slaapbank is doorgezakt en aan vervanging toe. De sleutel moet bij Gare de L’Est worden opgehaald en dit zou voor de volledigheid en transparantie in de advertentie moeten staan. Nu hoorden we dit 1 a 2 dagen van tevoren. De communicatie met de host was overigens goed en snel, maar als professioneel verhuurbedrijf met 18 appartementen zou je het grondige onderhoud van de appartementen serieus moeten nemen.

  Points négatifs : No mirrors to use the hairdryer. Too many stairs. Second bedroom was 3 stories up. Didn’t even bring our luggage up. It took us 45 minutes to find the house. There is no street sign off the main street. Would be helpful to say it is next to a restaurant named Coin Coin. Location was perfect.

  Localisation idéale au centre-ville de Fouras

  Points positifs : Super bien localisé. Les équipements au top, la deco, facil accès, à quelques pas de la mer. Points négatifs : Problème important d’humidité dans l’espace de dormir et l’escalier qui se trouve en dessous du lit… on entend les gens qui montent et descendent dans la nuit, c’était perturbant pour concilier le sommeil.

  Nice and tidy place, but can be better

  Points positifs : The accomodation is tidy and location is near Gare de Nord. The host is very nice and responsive. He kindly accommodate our request to leave our luggage much earlier than the check in time which is 1600 (our flight arrived very early in the morning). The apartment is very spacious. There is a suite downstairs (unfortunately the stairs is really steep hence it is hard for elder or very young kid to use). Points négatifs : Unfortunately, out of our two nights stay, there was a problem with the WiFi on the second day. In general, the apartment may need some refresh as some of the switches doesn’t really work around the house. While the location is convenient, there is a nuance where you need to pick up keys and return keys at another location( the location is 10 mins walk from the apartment), and I think this has completely reduces the convenience of the apartments location ( particularly for people who need to rush for early train after check out). A small point for absolute germaphobe is to make sure to wash every thing before use as utensils are pretty stained.

  agréable séjour à Sarlat

  Points positifs : Superbe maison ancienne de charme, restaurée avec goût Emplacement idéal à Sarlat (dans les ruelles de la vieille ville, à proximité des commerces) / logement bien conçus pour 2 couples (1 chambre en rez-de-chaussée et 1 chambre à l'étage avec chacune sa salle de bains + espace de vie intermédiaire) Points négatifs : Obligés de nettoyer les équipements extérieurs (salon de jardin/barbecue...) à l'arrivée avant de pouvoir en profiter // pas de pastille pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge pour démarrer le séjour

  FANTASTICA UBICACIÓN, ESTANCIA TRANQUILA Y ZONA AGRADABLE.

  Points positifs : la ubicación excelente y la zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos y muy agradable el apartamento y comodo. Points négatifs : cuando llegamos NO HABIA PAPEL DE BAÑO ni trapos para limpiar en la fregadera, por lo que tuvimos que ir a comprar al dia siguiente al supermercado para poder limpiar y usar el baño.
